Key Responsibilities The role will focus on monitoring business performance, revenues, margins, commercial pipeline, and overhead costs while partnering with local and international teams.
- - Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Monitor Business Unit revenues, margins, and sales pipeline performance
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Control fixed and overhead costs, supporting cost-efficiency initiatives
- Prepare periodic management reports, KPIs, cash flow analyses, and dashboards
- Support treasury activities and cash flow forecasting
- Improve controlling processes, reporting tools, and systems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- - Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or Consulting.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong experience in revenue, margin, and cost analysis.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles. xysqume

Additional Information
Compensation: €50.000 - Gross Annual Salary (RAL)
Performance Premio: 10%
