Role Description The Construction Worker role at TMG GROUP INTERNATIONAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Italy. This role involves performing a variety of construction tasks, including preparing and maintaining work areas, assisting with structural work, and supporting renovation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include masonry work, flooring installation, basic carpentry, and handling tools and materials safely.

The Construction

Worker will collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards,



and in compliance with safety regulations. The role may also include reading simple plans or instructions, reporting site issues, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess practical skills in Construction and Renovation for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Candidates should possess hands-on abilities in Masonry, including bricklaying, blockwork, and basic concrete work.
- Candidates should possess experience with Flooring installation, such as tiles, wood, or other surface materials.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to understand materials, methods, and best practices for construction tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and site safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred; vocational training or certifications in construction trades are an advantage.
