Define and govern QA processes, methodologies, standards, and testing strategies across all product streams.
Lead and coordinate QA activities, resources, and priorities to support delivery objectives.




Participate in Product Owner refinement sessions to ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business needs.
Define and maintain test cases, automation standards, and no-regression test plans for all changes.
Review automated test suites to ensure quality, reliability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Monitor testing progress, resolve blockers, and coordinate issue resolution with Product, Development, DevOps, Operations, and third-party providers.
Verify release readiness and provide formal QA sign-off for product releases and deployments.
Define, monitor, and report QA KPIs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and monitor team capacity plan, recommend changes to align to business demand.
People management responsibilities for QA team.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, certification, audit, and quality requirements.
