Overview In this role, you will lead ERM's EMEA rewards function, shaping the region's pay, bonus, and benefits strategy to attract, retain, and motivate diverse talent. You'll partner with regional and global leaders to implement a coherent reward philosophy across ~20 countries, balancing business needs with compliance and market benchmarking. Lead a small team of reward professionals
Senior reward experience across multiple countries in EMEA
Knowledge of reward compliance topics
Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in a matrixed environment
Very strong Excel and data analysis
Experience with Workday and familiarity with WTW's Global Grading methodology (a plus)
