Rome Business School (RBS) is one of the leading Business Schools in Italy offering on-campus and online Masters and MBA programs. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Advisor to join our Sales Department and support prospective students throughout their enrollment journey.
This is a target-driven role, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales within a dynamic, and young environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students: Act as their first point of contact, build trust, and guide them throughout the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to application and enrollment.
- Implement sales-driven recruitment strategies: Manage inbound leads, conduct proactive follow-ups, and convert prospects into enrolled students in line with established targets.
- Provide guidance: Identify the most suitable RBS programs based on each student’s background, aspirations, and budget. Communicate the value of our educational offering and clarify admission requirements, tuition fees, and scholarship or financing opportunities.
- Use CRM tools: Track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and improve conversion efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained in any country.
- Fluency in English is required and a second language is a plus.
- Resilience, a strong sales-oriented mindset, and a high level of motivation to achieve results.
- Domicile in Rome.
- Previous experience in customer service and consultative B2C sales will be considered a plus.
What We Offer
- Base salary: €18,452.85 per year + commissions for each sales goal achieved.
- Contract: Initial 6-month fixed-term, full-time contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment.
- Working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working: Two days of remote work per week once full autonomy in the role has been achieved.
