The Provisioning Manager is responsible for leading geographically distributed provisioning teams and overseeing end-to-end logistics operations supporting high-volume device provisioning and distribution activities. This role combines strategic people leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring that teams perform effectively across multiple regions, logistics projects are delivered successfully, and operations can scale in line with business growth and evolving client requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with a proven track record of leading large, diverse teams across different countries and time zones, delivering large-scale logistics and device deployment projects.
The role requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities 1. People Management Lead, manage, and develop geographically dispersed provisioning and logistics teams operating across multiple countries, regions, and time zones. Establish clear team structures,
responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks.
Demonstrate strong leadership maturity and the ability to address difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and make objective, timely decisions. Coach and develop team leaders, supervisors, and individual contributors, building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity requirements, and succession planning in alignment with operational demand.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, quality indicators, and service-level results, implementing corrective actions where required. 2.
