What you'll do We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can operate across both European and Group environments, partnering with leaders and teams to deliver people strategies that drive business success.
In this role, candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organizational transformation, talent management, employee engagement and workforce planning across international business areas. As part of VST HR team, you will work closely with local and Group HR teams, Centres of Expertise and business leaders in a complex matrix organization.
