As HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit, you will work closely with international teams and business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives and financial performance. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR process implementation. Using data-driven insights, you will help optimize staffing levels, improve employee performance, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic, international technology environment. Accountabilities:
Drive HR effectiveness across the core business unit by aligning workforce management, employee development, and engagement initiatives with business priorities. Partner with managers to ensure the right people are in the right roles, HR processes are implemented consistently, and employees remain motivated and productive.

Ensure workforce effectiveness by aligning employee performance and capabilities with the business unit's strategic objectives and financial targets.

Manage workforce planning and staffing levels, ensuring the business unit has the appropriate headcount and that new hires successfully complete probation and meet performance expectations.

Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and long-term commitment.
