Role Description The Independent Sales Representative for the MENA region will focus on promoting and selling Oxygen Automation’s home and building automation solutions to clients and partners across the Middle East and North Africa. This full-time, on-site role based in Bologna includes identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing distribution channels in target markets.



The representative will conduct market research, prepare proposals, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts with distributors, dealers, and end customers. Daily activities also include coordinating with the internal team on pricing, logistics, and support, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to improve products and services for the region.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in managing full sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of home and building automation, or related technical products, with the ability to understand and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in international trade, export, or distribution, ideally focused on the MENA region and its market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regiona
