Role Description
The Customer Care Intern will join the Customer Care Department at HQ level, supporting the team in the day-to-day management of customer orders and B2B customer service activities. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer care operations, working closely with Sales, Logistics, and other business functions. The intern will develop a solid understanding of order management processes, customer relationship management, and post-sales support within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the entry, verification, and monitoring of customer orders through the SAP system.
• Assist in managing incoming calls and switchboard activities, providing first-level support and routing requests to the appropriate contacts.
• Provide support to B2B customers regarding product availability, order status, deliveries, and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with the Sales team in daily operational activities, facilitating coordination between customers, the commercial network, and internal functions.




• Monitor shipments and delivery status, liaising with the Logistics team to help resolve any issues.
• Support after-sales activities, including returns management, missing products, customer complaints, and credit note requests.
• Assist customers with the retrieval and transmission of commercial and administrative documentation.
• Contribute to the creation, verification, and maintenance of customer master data within company systems.
• Support reporting activities and the monitoring of Customer Care performance indicators.

Requirements
• High school diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
