Your Mission:
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will combine technical expertise with commercial insight to support customers throughout the sales cycle. You will understand customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions from Epson’s product portfolio, and help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and market trends.
What Will You Do:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their technical stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored product and system solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and support negotiations with customers and external partners.
• Collaborate with global business units to execute sales strategies and share market feedback.
• Manage product customization, integration projects, and beta testing activities.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Support customers with product information, updates, and lifecycle communications.
• Monitor sales forecasts and contribute to accurate business planning.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Epson printhead technology.
• Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and product portfolios.
What We Ask For:
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication with customers and colleagues across Europe.
• Experience with hardware, software, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
