Job Description
What will you learn with us?
The Client Engagement team plays a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting business growth through client-centric strategies, engagement initiatives, and data-driven insights. As a Client Engagement Intern,
you will support the team in delivering projects and activities aimed at enhancing client loyalty, elevating the client experience, and fostering meaningful engagement across different touchpoints. This internship offers the opportunity to gain exposure to strategic, operational, and analytical aspects of client engagement within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the coordination of client events, activations, and client-focused experiences.
• Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and tools supporting client engagement activities.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of client trends, behaviors, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in client engagement initiatives.
