Role Description The Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role based in Pinzolo. This position is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, preparing and plating dishes to a high standard, and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety. The role involves coordinating with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to menu development where needed. Daily tasks include maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, supervising commis chefs, and supporting smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.



The Chef De Partie is expected to uphold the hotel’s quality standards and provide guests with an excellent culinary experience.
Qualifications
• Strong technical cooking skills in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
• Experience managing a designated kitchen station and coordinating with a kitchen brigade.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices for kitchen cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel operations.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian and international cuisine is an advantage; basic Italian langu
