About The Job
As our Buscopan Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of one of our most iconic brands.
Working within a cross-functional team and in close partnership with both local and global stakeholders, you will lead the defi nition and execution of brand strategies that strengthen consumer preference, accelerate market share growth, and deliver sustainable business results.
You will combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong collaboration skills to turn market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
You will also champion brand purpose and sustainability, ensuring that every activity supports our mission of making self-care simpler, more accessible,
and more meaningful for consumers.
Lead the growth and development of Buscopan portfolio by creating and executing effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
Drive consumer and healthcare professional engagement through impactful communication and promotional activities.
Work closely with regional and global teams to align local initiatives with broader business objectives.
Monitor brand performance and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities.
Embed sustainability, social impact, and responsible business practices into brand plans and decision-making.
Foster collaboration across functions and inspire stakeholders around a shared vision for brand success.
