NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a Principal Analog Layout Engineer to lead custom analog-on-top and digital-on-top layouts for state-of-the-art mixed-signal ICs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will guide floorplanning, power routing, and ESD strategies while delivering tapeouts from concept through final sign-off.
The role requires 10+ years of deep sub-micron analog/mixed-signal experience, strong Cadence Virtuoso XL expertise, and leadership across design teams.
