Main Tasks
Manage customer service (CS) project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support.
Prepare and present refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements.
Act as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims,
and support requests.
Coordinate internally (R&D;, system engineering, production, repair teams) to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
Support sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions.
Contribute to obsolete product management in collaboration with product management and other stakeholders.
Deliver training sessions or perform on-site investigations when required.
Communicate project status and updates to customers, internal teams, and management.
Requirements
Engineering degree in the domain of electricity, telecommunications, industrial, mecanical or similar; or alternatively, an extensive experience in the railway sector in a similar role in a customer service environment.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, project management, or development.
Fluency in English and Italian, French and German are a plus.
