Mission as a junior people partner you will have a real impact on the local HR reality, supporting onboarding, performance management and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities support people partners and business leaders in performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews.
act as first point of contact for employees on people‐related topics.
partner with managers on onboarding, probation follow‐ups, development conversations and day‐to‐day people management.
identify and address employee‐relations issues, escalating when necessary.
drive engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture.
collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.
support organizational changes, transfers, promotions and restructuring.
ensure proper implementation of people policies and compliance with local regulations.
analyze hr data (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends.
contribute to development plans,
learning initiatives and internal communication.
Requirements 3‐5 years of experience in hr, preferably in a fast‐paced start‐up environment.
bachelor's degree in psychology, hr management, labor law, business administration or related field.
fluent in italian and english.
good knowledge of excel or googlesheets.
proactive, solution‐focused and able to work in a fast‐paced environment.
excellent communication, time‐management and organisational skills.
experience in analysing hr data and turning insights into actions is a plus.
