Bluewater is seeking an experienced Mate for a 40m private motor yacht currently in Italy with plans to move to the Caribbean in November. This permanent position requires strong deck experience and appropriate certifications (Mate II/3 or Master 200, ECDIS).
The yacht sails West Med in summer and Caribbean in winter, with a favorable end-year premio and crew course allowance. Contract is permanent with the Marshall Islands flag.
