Experience with Dev Sec Ops toolchains — Git Hub Actions, Sonar Qube, JFrog, shift-left security practices. Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to present architectural decisions to CXO-level audiences. Own solution architecture for multi-channel virtual assistant and Gen AI-powered agent support platforms.
Govern data pipelines processing very high volume events via Python ETL to cloud analytics platforms. Lead P1/P2 incident escalations and cross-functional war room resolution across platform stack.
