We are looking for a Financial Controller for our F&B; outlets (restaurants) across two hospitality destinations in Milan: Palazzo Cordusio and Torre Velasca .The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations across multiple locations. This role provides hands-on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Main responsibilities Supports all financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgeting
Leads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entities
Drives the digitalization of accounting processes
Assists in forecasting and budgeting, including variance análisis
Provides financial evaluation and business case support for new openings
Prepares financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Collaborates directly with Operations Managers to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-site F&B;, hospitality, or retail environment
Strong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English
Solid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools
Knowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
