What you will do He/She will be managing or supporting the following activities:
Coordination of a team up to 4 people depending on the seniority (minimum 2)
Daily cash management coordination of the team members
Risk management – long term strategy on FX and commodity
Risk management – daily/monthly reporting, MTM, accounting, settlement, hedge accounting, including budgeting and FX budget rates
Risk management – FX and commodity hedging strategy implementation through orders, forward, options, collar
Risk management software implementation & daily management
Support to the short and medium term cash forecasting: monthly forecast for Group payments and ITCY transactions, coordination of subsidiaries' needs
Management of the banking loan withdraws and interest. Taking care of the existing Factoring programs (database and analysis) and onboarding / setup of new ones
Coordination of Internal and External Auditors, Central and Regional Accounting for Treasury accounting requests linked to financial statements and monthly closured
Day by day relationship with the financial institutions/banks
Negotiation of Short Term, Medium-Long Term credit lines, negotiation of drawdown
Cash flow forecasting support, including short term and medium long term finance plans; interest charges/FX positions &
