More specifically, you will:* Coordinate and implement the Group internal communication strategy, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.* Coordinate executive communication activities, including leadership messages, Group CEO updates and strategic corporate communications.* Develop communication formats, tools and channels that enhance employee awareness, understanding and engagement.* Partner with HR,
Corporate Communication and business stakeholders to communicate key initiatives and organizational updates effectively.* Lead the annual employee engagement survey process, from planning and deployment through analysis and follow-up actions.* Monitor engagement metrics and insights, identifying opportunities to strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.* Support leaders in translating engagement feedback into meaningful action plans and initiatives.* Design and manage Group-wide engagement programs and corporate events, including Town Halls, leadership meetings and employee engagement activities.* Develop innovative concepts and engagement experiences for key corporate moments aimed at strengthening collaboration, belonging and employee connection.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication, culture and engagement priorities across the Group.* Manage relationships with external providers and consultants supporting communication, engagement and event initiatives.WHO YOU AR
