The successful candidate will oversee all key business functions, ensuring alignment with Group strategy while driving growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the Italian market. A strong commercial mindset is essential.
The Managing Director will be expected to actively engage with key customers and stakeholders, supporting the sales organization in developing strategic relationships and identifying new business opportunities. YOUR TASKS Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Italian business.
Assume full responsibility for the country's P&L; and business performance. Ensure effective coordination between commercial, project management and service activities.
Drive business growth by building key stakeholder relationships, engaging in customer negotiations, and supporting the sales organization. Collaborate closely with the Service and Project Management leadership team to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational performance. Represent the Italian organization towards regional and global headquarters. Ensure implementation of Group policies, governance procedures and compliance standards. Monitor business KPIs and define corrective actions when required.
