Job description:

The Revenue Growth Management & Perfect Store Specialist plays a key role in driving sustainable, profitable growth and making a tangible impact on business performance. Through pricing, promotions, assortment, and portfolio mix optimization, the role turns insights into actionable opportunities that improve profitability and strengthen execution at the point of sale.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams, the Specialist helps turn business priorities into measurable results, applying Perfect Store methodologies to improve product visibility, availability, and the shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Management:
- Support the development and implementation of Revenue Growth Management strategies.
- Analyze pricing, promotional, assortment, and product mix performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve growth, margins, and overall profitability.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor key commercial and profitability KPIs.




- Support the development of business cases and financial simulations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate promotional and commercial effectiveness.
- Contribute to revenue optimization initiatives through analytical assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Perfect Store:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Perfect Store strategy.
- Define, monitor, and analyze execution KPIs at the point of sale.
- Identify execution gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze information from field sales teams, market audits, and sales execution tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve on-shelf availability, visibility, and execution quality.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and opportunities.
- Promote and share Perfect Store best practices across the organization.
- Support the transformation of execution data
