Important Key Points necessary before applying
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Accounting Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage compliance and logistics documentation.

-Management of incoming and outgoing calls;
-Support for technical staff (quotes, order control, customer and supplier order entry); ---Management of entry permits at customers' premises; Issuing transport documents and managing couriers;




-Check order confirmations from suppliers and parent company;
-Warehouse management;
-Trade fair organization and documentation preparation for trade fairs; Compliance management (privacy, security, GDPR, RENTRI, etc.).

Profil recherché :
The ideal candidate holds an Accounting Diploma or equivalent , possesses at least 5 years of professional experience, and demonstrates proactivity, motivation, and determination.
Strong organizational skills, sufficient IT knowledge, and excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) are required.
Languages : English and Italian both fluent C1
