Job Description Independent preparation of desserts, cakes, tarts, and pastries for restaurant and hotel service
Accurate execution of classic and modern recipes from Italian and international patisserie
Ensuring quality, freshness, and appealing presentation
Organization and cleanliness of your station in compliance with HACCP standards
Close cooperation with the kitchen team for events and buffets
Supporting the onboarding of new team members
Requirements You have completed vocational training as a pastry chef or chef with a focus on patisserie
You have experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel operations
You work creatively, precisely, and with high quality standards
You are team-oriented, resilient, and flexible in shift work
You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
