About the role As part of the Product QHSE department, you will report to Business Unit Management and act as a strategic partner to Operations. You will support risk management, compliance with the integrated management system, and performance improvement, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability.
What you will do Partner with Operations and management to assess risks and support decisions on new activities, customers, processes, and projects.
Contribute to maintaining the integrated management system and company certifications, ensuring QHSE requirements are embedded in daily operations.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance, analyse non-conformities and customer complaints, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal, customer, and certification audits, following up on findings and tracking action plans.
Monitor regulatory and environmental compliance, supporting document management and adherence to applicable deadlines.
Promote sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency.
Conduct periodic operational risk assessments and contribute to business continuity and emergency management plans.
Work with HR, managers, and supervisors to develop training and awareness initiatives focused on
