Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably within a multinational or tech company, and will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the financial health of our EU operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Accounts Management : Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices.
Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial data.
Expense Management : Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Management of service providers : coordinate with payroll consultant and outside accounting firms.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including HR and operations, to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of
