People Business Partner

We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate with the Control Functions of the Group Head Office.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions;
- Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management;
- Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit;
- Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence;
- Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed;
- Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team;
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies;
- Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture;




- Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communication;
- At least 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization;
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations;
- Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude;

What we offer
We offer employment at the VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
