Treasury and Risk Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.
What You Will Do He/She will be managing or supporting the following activities:
Coordination of a team up to 4 people depending on the seniority (minimum 2)
Daily cash management coordination of the team members
Risk management – long term strategy on FX and commodity
Risk management – daily/monthly reporting, MTM, accounting, settlement, hedge accounting, including budgeting and FX budget rates
Risk management – FX and commodity hedging strategy implementation through orders, forward, options, collar
Risk management software implementation & daily management
Support to the short and medium term cash forecasting: monthly forecast for Group payments and ITCY transactions, coordination of subsidiaries’ needs
Management of the banking loan withdraws and interest.
Taking care of the existing Factoring programs (database and analysis) and onboarding / setup of new ones
Coordination of Internal and External Auditors, Central and Regional Accounting for Treasury accounting requests linked to financial statements and monthly
