Amazon is seeking a bright, recent graduate to join our HR team as an HR Partner at the Fulfillment Center. You will be the front line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers, facilitating engagement activities and handling complex Associate queries.
You will manage employee relations, support investigations, and collaborate with operations and HR to implement company-wide programs, aiming to improve the Associate experience and workplace environment.
