As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support local business leaders by implementing Schneider Electric's HR strategy and processes at site level. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement and change management initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and policies.
Your Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to propose and implement efficient HR solutions aligned with business needs and priorities.
Contribute to organizational design, including skills, resources and processes.
Support Talent Management, Performance Management, Competency Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Coordinate workforce and resource planning with site leadership.
Lead and support change management initiatives.
Ensure HR processes and programs are implemented consistently and in line with Schneider Electric values.
Contribute to employee development and talent management activities.
Drive Learning & Development initiatives at site level.
Support labour relations activities and HR legal matters.
Contribute to occupational health initiatives.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HR Information Systems.
Your Profile
Master's degree in Human Ressources, Business, related fields.
1 to 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role is preferred.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be a plus.
Fluent Italian (mandatory).
Fluent English (mandatory).
You are a proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic and matrix organizations.
You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
You are customer-oriented and able to influence and support organizational change.
You enjoy collaborating with managers and supporting business performance through people initiatives.
