This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded practice and gain hands-on exposure to complex corporate recovery, restructuring and insolvency matters, working directly alongside a Partner with significant experience in financing and debt-restructuring transactions, as well as extensive expertise in litigation.
From day one, you will be involved in sophisticated matters and exposed to a broad range of work, including corporate litigation,
restructuring transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, pre-insolvency arrangements and related contentious matters. The role offers the opportunity to develop quickly within a demanding, high-quality environment while working closely with experienced lawyers and clients.
