You will be responsible for resolving service issues until the situation is settled to the customer's satisfaction and/or in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work will be performed on all equipment supplied by NCR Voyix, specifically workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, and self-checkout units.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Technical high school diploma or equivalent* Category B driving license* Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems* Knowledge of Ghost imaging procedures* The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, possess strong problem-solving skills, quickly acquire new competencies, and be willing to work flexible hours—including nights, weekends, overtime, shifts, and on-call duty (up to a maximum of 16 on-call periods per year).* Aptitude for working on both mechanical and electrical components, as well as experience with
