regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance.
Key Responsibilities Contract & Asset Administration
Administer site management agreements, leases, subleases, rooftop easements, and similar contractual arrangements.
Review legal documentation and contractual terms, identifying risks, discrepancies, and required actions.
Track expiring tenant agreements and negotiate extensions under favorable commercial terms.
Collaborate with Finance and Administration to ensure billing and
