We are looking for talented professionals to join Cedacri's Finance team as General Ledger Specialist. Selected candidates will be part of a dynamic, innovative environment and will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to support high‐quality financial reporting and compliance. As a General Ledger Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial accounting processes. You will manage general ledger activities, support closing and reporting cycles, and contribute to statutory, consolidated, and tax‐related requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely general ledger accounting in compliance with OIC and IFRS standards
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and accounting procedures (SAP preferred)
Contribute to HR‐related accounting activities (e.g., payroll postings)
You may be asked to support additional finance-related tasks as your role evolves.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
Master's degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honors)
3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (Big 4)
In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS)
Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Good communication
