Our client, a lovely international family recently settled in Florence, Italy , is seeking a reliable, experienced, and long‐term Housekeeper to maintain their beautiful home to the highest standard. This is a permanent, full‐time position with flexibility to travel internationally for extended periods (France and London).
Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.).
Laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, and linen care.
Care and cleaning of delicate materials, furniture, and surfaces.
Assisting with meal preparation or service when needed.
Occasional help watching the children for short periods (there is a full‐time nanny).
Pet‐friendly attitude and willingness to help if a dog joins the family in the future.
Travelling with the family for several months per year to other residences.
Minimum 10+ years' experience working in private households with excellent references.
Proven record of long‐term employment with families (no short contracts).
High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well‐presented home.
Driving licence required.
Team player must collaborate well with other staff.
Experience with and around children required, happy to occasionally help watching them for short periods (there is a full‐time nanny and mother always present).
Ability to work well in both formal and informal households.
Schedule: 5 – 5.5 days per week (to be discussed)
Private bedroom and bathroom available within the home
Start Date : As soon as possible
Contract: Full‐time, long‐term
