My client, a rapidly expanding and innovative Swiss MedTech company, is looking for a Territory Growth Lead to drive market development in Italy. Identify and engage key dental and surgical customers.
Run presentations, demos, and training sessions on advanced zirconia implant solutions.
Organise and support local events, workshops, and roadshows.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Support product development by providing market insights.
Keep CRM systems up to date and track all customer interactions.
Degree in dental, medical, dental tech or commercial/business field.




Proven track record in dental or implantology sales.
Experience developing new markets from scratch.
Strong communication and customer‐focused mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively and occasional weekend work.
Fluent in Italian + English; other languages are a premio.
Valid driver's license.
Flexible working conditions with home office options.
