Join Siemens Energy’s Wind University Learning Projects team and play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered across the business. In this 12-month opportunity, you will drive the transition of externally managed learning services into an internal learning environment, ensuring high-quality and impactful development experiences for employees. You will manage the full learning development lifecycle, create engaging learning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. How You'll Make An Impact

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.

You will design, develop, and deploy learning content and solutions, including e-learning and other digital learning experiences.





You will apply modern instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective educational materials.

You will review and update existing training curricula to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and learning objectives.

You will collaborate with learning managers, subject matter experts, and business partners to identify learning needs, define training objectives, and deliver impactful learning solutions.

What You Bring

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or learning project management, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.

You have hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate and are comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
