Your role:
As a Distribution Channel Account Manager, you will contribute to expanding our Medium Voltage business through distribution partners across Italy. You will manage key distributor relationships, develop the product portfolio, and drive sell-in and sell-out activities in close collaboration with internal business teams and distributors’ sales networks, supporting sustainable business growth and the achievement of sales targets
You’ll make an impact by:
• Define and implement the Medium Voltage distribution channel strategy, in alignment with the overall Business Unit strategy, identifying priorities,
market potential and the appropriate distributor coverage model.
• Develop and strengthen the distributor network, defining development plans for key partners and identifying growth opportunities by geography, customer segment and application.
• Drive business development and selling activities through the distribution channel, supporting distributors in identifying and converting market opportunities into orders, in close coordination with the organization and local sales network.
• Increase the penetration and visibility of the Medium Voltage portfolio, supporting distributors in expanding their presence within target customers and applications and developing new business opportunities.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out and distributor performance, defining relevant KPIs and conducting structured business reviews to assess results, pipeline, opportunities and corrective or growth actions.
