To lead our Gardemanger station, we are looking for a precise, creative and quality-conscious Gardemanger (m/f/d) who brings a passion for freshness, aesthetics and culinary craftsmanship to help shape the culinary excellence of our property.
Your Tasks
• Taking responsibility for the Gardemanger station
• Preparing high-quality cold dishes, appetizers, salads and refined culinary components
• Preparing dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Creating special dishes for Room Service and the Tasting Cube
• Contributing to seasonal menus and culinary experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality in preparation and presentation
• Supporting cooking classes and special guest experiences
• Ensuring excellent organization of mise en place and ingredient storage
Your Profile
• Completed professional culinary training and experience in Gardemanger or as a Chef de Partie
• Passion for high-quality cuisine, fresh ingredients and creative presentation
• Independent,
structured and detail-oriented approach to work
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
• Team spirit, resilience and reliability
• Very good command of English, Italian and/or German
