• Supporterai il team nelle relazioni con tutte le principali divisioni aziendali, funzioni aziendali e consulenti finanziari.
• Supporterai il team nelle diverse fasi dei processi di M&A;, dalla selezione degli advisor all'esecuzione dell'operazione e al supporto ai processi decisionali e di approvazione interni.
