The role
You will own the website experience, from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow.
The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion.
What you will do
• Design high-converting landing pages for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile.
• Define the website structure and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed.
• Own the design workflow in Figma end to end: scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. The library must stay aligned with the live website.
• Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects.
• Implement custom solutions and automations with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM).
