Risorse Professional , a company specialising in the recruitment of middle and senior management, for a leading company specialized in the Fintech sector is looking for a: Main Responsibilities: He manages enterprise merchants, supports technical API integrations, coordinates with Sales, Product and Engineering teams, troubleshoots complex issues, drives retention, supports the Account Managers with upselling opportunities, tests new APM and works daily in English.
It's a hybrid role combining Pre-sales, Technical Consulting and Project Management; He can intervene in pre-sales phase, to show how easy it is to integrate with the product; he must be able to speak with tech roles; He supports integration, shows all the features that we have, and must be accurate in internal communication (what is sold is what is being integrated); During the live with merchant :
he is available if there's technical issues to coordinate communication with merchant and tech/product teams; He speaks with local alternative payment methods, with issuers...
Hards skills: Knowledge of the payment systems industry / payment service providers Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, PHP, APIs: for integration, know how to evaluate the code, what is a tag, how to call a function, how a API works How to use a ticketing system Fluent in English Nice to have: Project management and knowledge of a CMS (Magento, Prestashop) Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Diplomatic and reliable Client service orientation Able to take initiative Offer: Maximum gross annual salary € + MBO €; Contract: Commercio; Comprehensive benefits, including meal vouchers, public transport reimbursement, company phone, and laptop; Remote work 2 days a week.
