Your Job
You will support the growth and effective management of strategic customer accounts within the Telecom, Data Center, and Networking markets, acting as a key coordination point between customers and internal teams. This position focuses on understanding customer demand and business needs,
supporting account strategies and commercial opportunities, and ensuring accurate follow-up and execution across sales, product management, operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate is based in Milan or surroundings; however, we are flexible to hire across Italy depending on preferred candidate's location. This is not a first-office job, working modality can be remotely with certain client visits.
What You Will Do
Support the development and growth of strategic customer accounts within the Telecom, Data Center, and Networking markets
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate commercial activities across sales, product management, operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent account and customer support
Understand customer applications, customer demand, forecast and business needs, to help position the mo
