Working as part of a team, the role will support the H&S; Department in the management of all activities related to employees' health and safety.With a proactive and dynamic approach, the role will contribute, together with the key reference figures (Employer, H&S; Manager / RSPP, Safety Managers and Supervisors), to ensuring a working environment in which Health and Safety are at the core of every activity.This will be achieved by acting directly on working conditions and behaviors and by contributing to the development and dissemination of a strong safety culture, where safety is considered a priority over any other parameter.Key Responsibilities IncludeRisk assessment activities and preparation of the required risk evaluation documentation in accordance with Legislative Decree *Analysis and management of Near Misses and of UA and UC eventsInspection and analysis of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipmentParticipation in the development and updating of emergency plansPeriodic execution of internal safety auditsImplementation of the SIS (Stellantis Industrial System)
