Your mission
The Risk Management Expert is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Foundation's risk management framework to ensure compliance with governance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This role actively collaborates across Departments / Areas / Offices to identify, assess and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks, providing expertise and operational support to all departments. The Risk Management Expert ensures that risk controls are effectively applied and continuously improved, supporting senior leadership in risk oversight and decision-making.
The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management.

In this role, you will further deepen your expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks, contributing to the evolution of risk assessment models and governance processes. You will expand your influence in strategic decision-making by advising senior stakeholders on risk exposure and mitigation strategies. The position offers opportunities to strengthen crisis management, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional risk integration, while promoting a mature risk culture across the organization.
Essential
What you'll bring
- Master’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing risk assessment methodologies
