In this role you will translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide development work. You will manage incidents, root-cause issues, and ensure compliant, well-documented system changes. You'll support delivery teams and supervise design, testing, and modifications, while maintaining up-to-date documentation. The position focuses on stabilizing operations, handling incidents in a structured, analytical way, and driving permanent solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to work with mainframe environments and specialized tooling to support ongoing system health and compliance.
Collaborate with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements
Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation
Support development teams and oversee design, testing,



and modification phases
Ensure up-to-date documentation and maintain records
Monitor and ensure compliance requirements and adhere to schedules
Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and bugs to implement permanent solutions
Handle incidents in an L3 support capacity and contribute to problem solving
Engage in projects involving file interfaces and protocols
Experience in incident handling and problem solving in an L3 support team
