We are looking for an Operation Specialist who will be a Fully proficient Floor Management professional working independently on floor planning, exhibitor placement, venue layouts, event-floor coordination and operational planning activities .

Key responsibilities
Events Planning and Delivery - Plan and deliver smaller events to ensure that the events are produced according to schedule, within budget, and meet all deadlines, and work closely with, and coordinate activities of, all other parties involved in the design, development, sales, marketing, and delivery of the events.
Business Meetings/Events Arrangement - Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events.
Operations Management - Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
Cost Management - Analyze costs and budgets to help track budgets and support cost control.
Events Development and Design - Support the generation of new ideas and topics for conferences and events; develop detailed
