Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Establish, verify and maintain the project survey control network, including primary and temporary control points, benchmarks and datum levels.
- Maintain an accurate survey control register with point identification, coordinates, reduced levels, descriptions, checks and revision history.
- Carry out precise setting out from approved construction drawings and coordinated BIM models using robotic total stations and other suitable survey equipment.
- Prepare and transfer setting-out data, coordinates and layouts from AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and approved federated models to field equipment.
- Operate and support robotic layout systems, including SitePrint, for floor marking of equipment footprints, walls, openings, supports, penetrations, cable drops and other coordinated installation requirements.
